The bullet type is 250 gr. Barnes XFB. I seat the bullet so it just fits the magazine. This load produces .408" three shot group @ 100 yds for me. Starting load: 86.1 grs. Max load: 90.0 grs. I used Federal match grade primers. Cases are Remington 300 Wby. Mag. necked up to 340 Wby. Mag.(fire-formed),neck sized, trimmed, flash hole deburred, primer pocket uniformed, and necks turned. Have killed two elk one shot kills with this load. One bull elk at 70 yds., and one running cow at 200 yds. Good shooting!!
