Very nice target loed for plikng at the range, Gun used was a NEF SB2-500 with a 22" barrle recoil very low like shooting a 2.5" .410 shot gun lots of fun speed unknown this is the max recomed charge by Hodgdon web sight, may be fills cas less than half hope to get speed posted

this is .5gr less than max recomend load it has lots of power dont know the fps but has about the same if not a bit more recoil than the 440gr Hard Cast by corbon calculated speed 2250-2300fps out of my NEF SB2-500 load made for wild hogs and bear has a TKO of 59-60 (calculated) not a load to shoot alot a rounds recoil not to plesnt but lots of power....

this is max recomended charge the recoil is not to bad the rifle used is a NEF SB2-500 with 22" barlle would work for any large game animals work very well for Black Bear and other larger body animals for 100 yards or closer had 87% waight rettion even after going through a railroad tie and hiting a .25" thick steal plate at 50 yards
